I am adding to my last review. I just had my carpets cleaned and, as usual, Garry did a fabulous job. My dog was recently ill and had blood in her stools. She is not a dog that has accidents in the house but she did when she was sick and because of the blood, I was very worried that my carpets would have to be replaced. Nope, I dont think there is anything that Garry can't get out of carpet. He takes his time and takes great pride in doing a good job.
