Rob Francis - what can you say- a man like this comes around maybe once in a lifetime. His cheeky anecdotes are a delight, but his passion, skill and attention to detail are truly second to none. A wonderful family man who has found his true calling of being a devoted father, husband and care provider. This clinic is a stunning well thought out space that he is clearly proud of in a wonderful area. There is no doubt that this business will continue to flourish!
I can't even remember what brought me to start seeing Rob years ago, but I havw now followed him to Stasis and have continued seeing him regularly, from workplace injury, sports strains and every day maintenance, there's always a good reason to have an appointment scheduled. I injured my knee at work last year and started seeing Prabjot for physiotherapy soon after. He’s knowledgeable, explains the purpose behind every treatment, and always takes the time to answer my many questions. Most impressively, he survived my neuroses and constant whining. I’m a pretty fearful patient, but his calm, steady patience made me feel comfortable with most of the procedures and exercises. Thank you, Prabjot, for always being so patient and reassuring and putting up with me.
After a knee issue, I started physiotherapy with Rob, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His knowledge, professionalism, and personalized approach made a huge difference in my rehabilitation. The clinic itself is very clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment for patients and Julie at the front desk is always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic and Rob to anyone in need of expert physiotherapy care!
I've seen physios off and on since my high school sports years, and Rob is the best I've ever been to. No one has ever assessed or explained things to me the way Rob was able to. In my mid-40s and I keep fairly active between trail running and martial arts and I went to see Rob after damaging my MCL and meniscus in jiu-jitsu.
