Very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth it. I booked a Hydrafacial, but only 5 minutes in, I was told I already had “great skin” and that there wasn’t much to do. The actual Hydrafacial component itself lasted only around 15–20 minutes, and the remaining 40-45 minutes was simply red light therapy (which I could have done at home), followed by moisturizer being applied at the end — and that was the entire 60-minute facial. Had such a lovely facial experience with Michelle today You can really tell when someone genuinely understands skin — she was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly gentle throughout the whole treatment. My skin felt deeply hydrated, brighter, and so much more refreshed afterwards, but what I appreciated most was how calm and cared for the entire experience felt. I’ve got dry, sensitive skin and tend to break out before my period. Lately with work stress and the weather getting colder, my skin’s been super dry with lots of clogged pores. The whole treatment was amazing.
