Super easy experience - I needed to stash my luggage while I saw a show, and it was such an easy process. Excellent idea for those needing to store their bags for a bit!
It was a very nice souvenir store near Rockefeller Center - great location and pleasant service. Easy to navigate and reserve online. Our bags were kept behind the register counter. Wish they were kept in a back room out of sight of other customers, but they were tagged and kept safe while we were touring.
Brilliant location for what we needed, lovely service from the staff member we dealt with including him bringing our big cases up a small staircase when we went to collect them! Would thoroughly recommend this location.
