Booked in New York, when we arrived at stasher location the host told us that they do not use stasher, yet my money was taken, The host used a different company, so we had to book through someone else instead. There is no way to get my money refunded 🤬 on the plus side, we did use stasher at another location in New York and it went perfectly fine.
I made an error in booking, and the customer service people quickly addressed my issue. I would definitely use Stasher again. Lots of locations and I know it’s recommended by many local guides.
