Easy drop off. Easy pick up. Staff was very nice.
I used Stasher in Vancouver for a few hours after checkout from my Airbnb. It was easy, convenient, and quick. No issues personally, but the storage spot at my convenience store was pretty makeshift: tucked in a corner window behind snack displays, with luggage (mine and others') visible from outside (see the photo).
