Check-in/drop-off was easy and the employee was friendly, but it was disconcerting that upon picking up my item, I wasn’t requested to show the item number or say my name. It was a different person there than when I dropped off my bag, so how did he know it was my bag and I wasn’t someone trying to pick up and steal someone else’s backpack? A bit more thoroughness on the employee’s end would put me at ease to know my stuff is safe.
Easy to use and cheaper too. Used Stasher in Singapore. Very straightforward
