Experience was smooth and convenient. It’s okay to use but I would not store any valuables through this process (ie take your electronics, passport, etc with you regardless). You drop the bags off, they stick them behind a counter, and you pick your bag up later. But you don’t get a ticket or anything to identify which bag is yours. It’s based on them remembering you. This is ok but not the most secure process.

Great experience. The drop off and pick up was so easy. The workers at our store was very nice and make me feel comfortable leaving my bag. I would highly recommend this option when traveling. Thanks
