When we went to leave from getting into our storage unit the gate had no power. We ended up being trapped behind the barbed fence/gate with our newborn for an hour trying to reach out to the customer service. Finally, we called dispatch and they sent police and fire to get us out from behind the gate. It has been over 12 hours since the incident and I have left voicemails, texts, and emails and still have not received an answer. Do not recommend!

They don’t answer the phone. They don’t call back when you leave a voice mail. They say you can text the number. You can but they don’t respond. They say you can email, you can but they don’t respond. I rented a unit but went 7 days before they gave me access. All I want is a refund for those 7 days $21. I don’t believe I’m being unfair. I had 14 days to but in my insurance. I put it in on day 14 even though on days 1-7 I had zero access and on day 15 they charged me for their insurance. •HORRIBLE communication/never answers calls, texts, or emails. •Rented a unit online, gate code was never received. •Finally heard back 5 days later, after multiple attempts to get ahold of someone, to be told I can’t store my camper there due to no insurance. •Luckily I did get a refund, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone due to how the business is ran.

We are very pleased with the fast and friendly service from Stash-a-Way Storage. They even worked with us on a Sunday when we had to move to a bigger unit for a emergency situation. Prices are fair, units are clean and easy to access.
