You need to fix your practice. Infiltration of patients through medical insurance provided by the state?!? What a joke!!! I have a primary care provider with IHA SALINE MI and yet you show up on a insurance card I didn’t even choose I chose bcbs of Michigan as I’m a loyal user of bcbs my whole life. I think it’s disgusting and unprofessional to just show up on peoples cards and there is no excuse for it!
Kelly is kind & conscientious regarding my care, that she doesn't miss anything & gives information on how to make good decisions on diet & exercise I can refer to at home.
