Lunch time, ate their grouper sandwich and been violently sick, vomiting and stomach cramps, about 1 hour after. Still not good after a night of urgent visit to the bathroom. If this would have happen to a frail person, it would be tragic. Terrible!
First off the online menu is misleading. I was suppose to be getting a sub sandwhich but when I got it. It was a regular sandwhich. It was overvooked and dry. Can't believe they charged me $12 bucks for a hamburger and fries. Ridiculous!!
The worst customer service I've had in a long time. We eat there often too. The food is very good, but hat ship sailed. Tip to the owner...Don't use a 3rd party app if you are not willing to honor with yours and their commitments. "Not my problem" is unacceptable when you willingly take on a 3rd party app service to work with.
We were celebrating my sisters birthday. We ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered, then decided to go there and eat, so called to tell them. Pizza was ready when we got there, delicious!! The server also brought a tray of scrumptious donut holes with a candle on top!! It was special and we will certainly go back there!!! Thank you Starz!!
I've never had anything from Starz that I didn't LOVE!! It's great food!
Great food AND great service, which is hard to find down here in SW Florida.
