Do not recommend!! I worked with Starz Decor- Abeera, for an event. She was perfectly fine and forthcoming with suggestions all throughout. She was also kind enough to text message me on the day of the event that they are all set. I requested her to send me a picture which she did not. Luckily at that very moment our venue manager called me to inform me of the disastrous job done by Starz Decor.
