Karen is the absolute best!! I have been working out with her for over 3 years. After trying MANY other instructors, I came across her class and never looked back. She is non-judgmental and really knows how to make each sessions fun while putting in work. Karen is a passionate and an amazing trainer. As a personal trainer, Karen has lead individualized workouts incorporating aerobic and strengthening exercises.
