Whomever they hired to “fill in” last week has done a horrible disservice to this usually great company. Unprofessional communication (when not ignoring me), and I had to transfer my rx to a new pharmacy because they “didn’t know where the compounding supplies” were. ??? I prefer Starwood because they offer lower prices than most, but now I’ll always be worried I won’t get my rx when I need it, since I had no warning that they had someone incompetent filling in.
Horribly discriminatory pharmacy--they only dispense medication to those they deem "worthy"
I love the ease of delivery of my medications. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and very professional.
