Installed the shutter incorrectly now the edge is chipping away. Contacted 2 wks ago, they said they would do something and now still no answer.
LOVE my new shutters! The whole process from start to finish was smooth and the entire team is super friendly and professional!!! Will definitely be back soon!
Save yourself the headache, unless you enjoy chasing people. Everything went smooth in the beginning but later went south. We ordered shades from this company. We were told 2 different things, but figured the installer knew what he was talking about, turns out he was wrong. We were told that if we selected a certain blackout shade the back would be black , not white. Now 1 window looks like it jas a bed sheet hanging from it. Not the end of the world, as the back window. We were also told the shades weren't on back order, wh... read more
