Do not book this Limo Service. The limo that was sent to us was malfunctioned. NO Air conditioning, just hot air blowing at you. The radio/bluetooth/audio didn't work at all. People dont rent limo's for a wedding to sit in there hot and silent. We had to force the driver to pull over to get these fixed because it was just simply unacceptable. If I could give this place a 0 I WOULD. The amount of disappointment I saw from the bride, groom, bridal party and everyone attending was just simply sad. On one of the most special, unforgettable days in anyones life, we encountered a bunch of incompetent people who they call them selves apart of the customer service industry. Any concern we had went in through one ear and out the other. That was accompanied with disrespect. Please do yourself a favour and don’t book them for you important events. You deserve better.
