Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Very poor communication. Several times appointments were missed without even calling to inform us. Sad to say but we would never recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable team. The StarWatch team installed a home automation system for me and I couldn't be happier. Made all of the tech in our home infinitely easier and smarter. Great commitment to customer service and a first class experience all around. Definitely put Starwatch at the top of your list for any A/V/smart home needs.
These guys customer service suck
Had a quote done at did not hear from techs or anyone for almost 3 months. Called in multiple times hoping to get any reply back never to receive it. Reception lady is extremely nice and helpful but the technicians have zero care about their clients at all. I would recommend a better local company who cares about its clients. I Would give 0 stars if the reception lady wasn’t so well mannered and nice.
