Under no circumstance would I advise purchasing with this builder. I’d give zero stars. Save yourself the aggravation! Too many defects to list. Then, they came after me for property tax they had owed from Jan 2021 (it is now October 2025). They didn’t even provide email notification though the agreement of purchase and sale highlights all communications conducted through email. Roof leaked less than 1 year after purchase. Company refuses to fix. Buyer beware
Had a good experience over all with the purchase. Nidhi was very helpful with all my concerns, gets back to you quickly and all the trade guys that came to do any repairs were helpful and very friendly. Thank you for the support.
