Starward Homes has been an excellent builder to buy our first home from. As any new build has, there were things that we've noticed need attention after we moved in. JR and Nidhi have been excellent in addressing our concerns and sending service calls to our home to address the issues. No issue is forgotten. JR always is pleasant to chat with, and goes through our Tarion list of concerns with care 1 by 1 every time he visits. He goes above and beyond and we'd highly recommend! We love our new home and are happy to be a part ... read more
Brandon and the team at Starward Homes have been amazing to deal with. I have walked a few of there project sites and its really special what they are doing. Looking forward to seeing what they showcase in the future!
Excellent builder to cooperate with in a transaction. I've worked with a number of builders and this one by far has been the most professional, friendly, group of agents who are quick to communicate and willing to do what it takes to make a deal work out. All the while, this builder recognizes the cooperating agent's efforts appropriately. I will definitely encourage more of my clients to build and buy with Starward Homes and their group of polished professionals. Appreciate all the time and hard work that went into make thi... read more

Even after the home was completed, any items that requir... read more
We recently bought a new build with Starward Homes and have been really happy with the experience. The whole process felt smooth, communication was great, and the team was always helpful when we had questions. One of the best parts was being able to customize the home through the design studio and actually see our choices come to life. Now living in the home makes the experience feel that much more worth it. Overall, really happy we chose Starward Homes.
