Place is terrible .
Took months to get an intake appointment, had a counsler that was new with intakes, llilian was great, leaving she needed assistance with a few things, the program manager was uncouthe, If I weren't hostage to DMV nbased on how the program manager treated the counsler I would have quite the day. Lillian forgot to provide me with my schedule, I called the assigned counsler(babette) and was referred to the program manager, I was not scheduled to be in class, I was asking for clarification on my schedule as I had reciecved conf... read more
Still going here as of 3/1/23 and only felt obligated to leave a review because I’ve seen some negative ones on here. I havent been attending here long, but long enough to say that everyone and I mean everyone here is really nice and have been showing me genuine love. From the front desk to the counselors. I highly recommend!
Place is terrible . The counselors are all lazy. They get mad if u don’t have the same opinions. They will call u when u are at work . One of the counselors kept calling me after I already left the group . Leo does not speak English and it’s very hard to communicate as I feel he does not understand Terrible place
This place is a real mess. Reception is rude and unfriendly, counselors are condescending. People in the main office give out the wrong information for meetings and then were the one who have to pay the price for showing up to the wrong one. All they say is "sorry." If you have to take these classes, go to a real school. Not sure how this place is state certified.
