We purchased a brand new Starvision ‘Adventure 16’ caravan in May 2024, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. From day one, the reversing camera didn’t work, keys were missing, and numerous water leaks appeared. Purchased a FX2 two years ago, and to be honest I should never had taken delivery of it , its a total load of Crap
Just like to say a massive Thank you to Steve and his team for going above and beyond to help us with replacement shock absorbers dropped them off in there own time absolute legends. Definitely awesome customer service well done guys 😊
