Never take your bike here for repairs. They back you in a corner with outrageous repair costs and then force you with no options other than to walk away or buy a new bike. They do not care about what is best for their customers. Only what they can force you to buy and put more money in their pockets. Our bike come home in pieces because I would not give them our bike and still paid for 900 in parts that we do not have.

What an amazing turn around this place has had. Mr. Mike Funk and the gang have made this my fav weekend hangout. Some of the friendliest staff I’ve met at any dealership, let alone Harley. The service department are rockstars, the parts girls are sweet as can be. Cannot say enough good things about this joint. The lot days are a BLAST too! We were returning from a several thousamd mile trip and one hour from home after a 650 mile day. About 25 miles west of the Starved Rock Harley dealership, we blew a rear tire. What a drag man. We called a Frannie the service girl got right to work on helping us out. They came and picked up the bike and got me a tire on that night after hours to help us out.
