Such a cool experience! We got there early to go on a hike with the dogs (dog friendly cabins btw!!) and our room wasn’t ready until 4:30, even though they have 4pm guaranteed check in. When we got to the cabin at 4:40 the cleaning crew was still in stone and needed 10 more minutes. Since we checked in late, they took a dog fee off our bill which we appreciated their customer service and understanding.
