Hired them for catering my reception and they were amazing! The communication throughout the whole event planning process all the way until the day of and during the event was top notch. They were so on top of everything, I had no stress! It was great! I cannot recommend enough!!! I had compliments on the food and the presentation of it all. Wish I would have gotten pictures bc it was so pretty! The staff that was there were very friendly too! I’d hire again and again!
Trying to find a caterer i was comfortable with was an extreme challenge. After inquiring about Startup caterers, Sam reached out to me and was personable, professional, and willing to engage. He made time for a proper tasting, went over banquet spacing, color scheme, and set-up. His team was friendly, on time, and worked well with some of the challenges we faced. From first contact, to the time of the final cleanup of our event, Sam and the Startups Catering team were professional, timely and excellent in all things. Truthfully - there’s not a single area of complaint or criticism. Our event was one with some cultural complexity and uniqueness. TERRIBLE CATERING EXPERIENCE - STAY FAR AWAY!! Startups Catering was hired to provide the catering for our wedding after finding their company listed on theknot.com. A FEW of the shortcomings: Staff arrived well over an hour LATE. The presentation of the food at the wedding was INCREDIBLY SUBAR. The presentation was not remotely similar to the photos on the Startups website. We later realized that most if not all of the companies online photos were most likely pulled from Google.
