Manny has gone above and beyond the call of duty for my sister and myself, (as my sister’s caregiver) to help us out in our time of need. This review in no way represents about 90% of the drivers or Janae in the office. Yesterday, my sister and I used Star Tran Handivan to get out and enjoy a Diet Coke at McDonalds. We were not prepared for the scariest ride ever. Our bus driver was swerving on and off the side of the road, taking his hands off the steering wheel, talking to himself, and turned the air conditioner off in 100 degree weather. We were petrified. This bus Company is not nice or polite I pay $8 for each ride only for them to show up early as they want to or late as they want to after they’ve given you a time to be picked up and tells you this is how it goes they drive at extremely dangerous speeds with disabled people on board as well and they need to do better or be shut down
