I wouldnt give even 1 star to this company, they are the WORST company and customer service people to deal with. I took a day off today to receive my package because I need it by tomorrow. My bedroom is 2 steps from the front door. By chance I check my tracking to see if my parcel is still on board for delivery today just to see “delivery attempted” 5 minutes ago! Worst customer service of all time
This is absolutely ridiculous. You attempted delivery during standard hours when most people are at work and REFUSED to leave the parcel in the mailroom, even after I BEGGED the delivery guy to. Seriously, how do you expect people to sit at home all day waiting? Your stupid AI system wastes time and makes it nearly impossible to speak to a real human. Ring bell, leave the card, take door picture, they see you open the door and still drives away the car. All with in 20 seconds( Ring cam).
Terrible service, i had to call 5 times because of an urgent parcel and still got it wrong. no updates towards my request either and now medication delayed 5 days.
