worst experince with this compnay, 2 years back they had to deliver a mobile to me and the rider just left the parcel at frondoor luckly i got the email notification and rushed to door. Just recently the rider knocked the door and before i even open it he left. I wonder why Telstra is even using this company for delivery
I have no idea why these ppl are allowed to handle people with medical packages. I’ve been recently told by my supplier they have misplaced it after a week of it been pushed back guessing that’s all they could come up with on the spot,how is this legal. Star track should be under review, Australia has become a massive joke. Spose if gout gout can run as an Australian then why cart Star track do as they want as well.
Great customer service
3 attempted deliveries while I was home. Didn't honk, call my phone or anything. Every time the driver just comes and leaves a note without any attempts to actually deliver the parcel. On the third time I was doing some yard work about 30m from the gate and was clearly visible from the road to passing traffic.
