Disgusting , rude , unprofessional and uneducated staff
One of the worst courier experiences I’ve ever had. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, even though the delivery details were correct. This wasn’t a one-off mistake either it happened more than once. I left a clear A4 instruction at my property asking for the parcel to be left in a safe place. That instruction was completely ignored. Instead of following basic delivery instructions or even attempting common sense, the driver took the parcel back.
