Not a postal company I'd pick lack of help is beyond me
Horrible experience, they come in front of house doesn't ring the bell or anything just click a photo and go back with your package. They have really bad communication, they don't send any messages or emails about package delivery or attempt. I had to go on the tracking page which didn't open most of the time. They didn't even drop the package to the post office although its been almost a day, and its almost impossible to contact them. God knows how many days before it atleast reaches auspost. One Star is way too much! Unethical, incompitent. Couriers dont deliver just take to post office, then you need to pick up from there. This happened while multiple people at home and loud doorbell in perfict working order. When delivery goes wrong..which is every time unclear info supplied in text with incorrect info. Tried web site which is run buy bots! Totally useless. Finally found a contact number and lady dished out unhelpful, scripted gaslighting like we are very sorry repeatedly then saying theres nothing we can do. ... read more
I would give them 0 start if available. Not a business that we can trust, lie all the times. I was at home all day but they are saying no one in attendance. no call and no door ring. Away from them!
