Cant believe people still use star track, I have had a package sent express delivery to my place near newcastle. Rather than the delivery going to newcastle they took it all the way to the Sydney North West facility. Now over 30 hours, no update, spoken to the office who have no ideas why it hasn't been up dated or exactly where it is, now they have progressed to investigations team which will take another 24hrs to get a update from them and I still am not guaranteed to have my package delivered on time after I paid extra fo... read more

The App keep telling me ( it’s coming today) and it keeps rescheduling the delivery of my parcel for the last 3 days now!! What an unreliable service! How come Australia post so reliable with the App and Star track do so poorly??
I went and ordered a $5000 gaming PC. I was so excited to get it so I had no loud sounds in the house at all just so I could make sure I didn’t miss the delivery. I waited the whole day in the same room as the front door and I walked out at 4pm to make sure it wasn’t already delivered, only to find a note on the door saying I missed the delivery at 3:30pm.
