I was given this location by an international phone operator to attend this morning. Travelled over 100klms to see it was closed. Might be helpful if the operator has within Australia & not answering the phone from India. They may have had more of a clue as to when it's open
Really bad customer service once you paid they will not help at all
Pathetic. Charges me $15 a time to deliver yet the driver NEVER delivers. Just marks it "unable to deliver -sent to post office" BEFORE HE LEAVES THE DEPOT! Strangely enough,when regular driver sick, it gets delivered no problem. 2 out of over 25 ain't bad right! Can't call yourself a delivery service if you don't deliver. Response from Star track after repeated complaints.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. GLORIFIED EXPRESS POST while fraudulently calling themselves a delivery service
