Absolutely pointless service. Regular Australia Post is consistently faster and more reliable. Trying to get any real-time information about a parcel is a waste of time — the tracking is vague and outdated, and customer support simply repeats what's already visible online, without offering any actual help. My parcel came to this company. Unfortunately, first you have to call them to ensure your parcel is ready to collect. Then, I said I have to come back after 3 hours, what I did. So, I came back again for the second time and my parcel is not ready. Please, if you have to use it, just be aware that you have to spend more hours. Useless. Not star for them.
