Courier never knocked on my door. left a card. I won't be collecting the item from post shop. They can return sender .

Was at home the whole day, and I can see this is a similar theme across a lot of other complaints. Surely your product and customer experience team looks at all these complaints? The theme is so similar you don't even need to run any analytics to tell you what the problem is. Now I have been to your Tullamarine depot to collect stuff before and the staffs there were very pleasant to deal with. The poor performance from some teams effectively erased the value added by others.

They have our parcels in Coffs Harbour depot but just had a call from Startrack Melbourne to say they wont deliver till sender gives weights and size of packages (All of which are on the parcels and paperwork they gave sender when organised to be sent).The driver can’t call when he arrives as work 5 min away too. Poor service. Took day off to wait for parcels.

I would not use this delivery service. They only deliver during week day working hours. I took time off work and waited in and my parcel wasnt loaded on the van for that day despite being told the day before it would be. Had to go all the way to the airport to collect it myself. They were not ready for me to collect it despite me being sent a notification that it was ready and I had to wait. Really bad service which I paid 50$ for but ended up spending most of a to go and get it myself from the airport
