Mel has been such a help! Had issues with another carrier for days and she has come Out and helped out ! So good to actually be able to speak to real person on ground !
Terrible service won’t deliver to my address even though it’s been paid and they have told me they deliver to the mines 5 minutes down the road So I have to drive to town that’s not even in my post code to pick up Would not recommend them
By far the absolute worst couriers. Unacceptable customer service. The couriers tre the most incompetent in the industry
Terrible service!!!Never deliver to our address, even with premium service. Sender gets charged for delivery. But it never gets to our address. Either kept at depot f50 km away) or delivered to post office, with notice coming usually too late in the day to pick up. No one answers phone at depot and StarTrack customer service is terrible as well. Use toll much better service.
