StarTrack YOU SUCK !!!!! Bad service , worst courier service, liars and customer service is appalling!! Between StarTrack & Aramax I can’t tell who’s worse , I actually hate dealing with the both of you just the same !
They tell you that your parcel is on board for delivery, it's coming today. Doesn't turn up, phone startrack and they just lie to you.
My experience was absolutely terrific, surprisingly so, given how terrible some of the other last mile delivery companies are. The girl was polite, friendly, knew exactly my case, directed me very nicely and when the attendant was temporarily unavailable helped fulfilment of my visit perfectly. Well done StarTrack. Superstars; 5 Stars, and deservedly so!
In the past 3-4 months they have hugely improved: every delivery from Sydney to Wangaratta is next day (at the start of the year they were the bane of my existence, used to be at least 4 days not to mention chasing lost items) whatever changes u have made keep it up
