Very poor service. Left the gate unlocked deliberately to leave package by front door. Also specified authority to leave with company. Get a note slid under front door to get from depot. Why not just leave the package as instructed? Now have to drive to Wingfield to pick up. Have had numerous other delivery companies deliver to our house with no problem.
don't waste your money on express postage!
Puts card in letter box and leaves no door knock or attempted contact 4 people home such a joke have incident on camera funny if item wasnt required for the weekend
Online system didn’t work so rang and gave authority to leave. They redelivered and took it away again. Wingfield is a good 50 minutes to 1 hour away so pick up isn’t an option. Star Track sucks.
