Would give them a zero if I could. How is it that Startrack is competent everywhere else? Over $100 of CLEARLY MARKED LIVE FISH on PREMIUM DELIVERY neglected and late. Live animals mate. The fact that you just let them sit there, not even sending a heads up that they weren't coming the specified date, despite being in the depot all day. I would've happily travelled the hour to the depot to get them on time. How is it that they could travel from Sydney to here in record time, but couldn't make it from Port to an hour away??? ... read more

I would like to suggest that this depot give their opening hours to customers that are advised via message, email or app that a parcel is awaiting collection. Travelling a 45km roundtrip to collect a parcel to find the depot closed very annoying. Also advising a customer of delivery day and approximate delivery time would help.

Couriers constantly saying they have attempted delivery when in actual fact they haven’t even exited their vehicle and attempted to deliver the package.

I have been receiving all my parcels the next day, nothing goes missing. There is never a problem. Delivery driver is very well mannered.
