dead set useless company, never on time
Got at collection point before 4pm and was already closed must be beer time :(
Hopeless. Don't bother. They are hardly ever there. Do yourself a favour, save some time & choose another carrier
Very fast, friendly service
Terrible availability to collect your parcel if you miss the delivery. Port Macquarie StarTrack office is only open 1hr in the morning and 1hr in the afternoon so you can’t get your parcel outside of these extremely limited hours. Frustrating.
