Terrible availability to collect your parcel if you miss the delivery. Port Macquarie StarTrack office is only open 1hr in the morning and 1hr in the afternoon so you can’t get your parcel outside of these extremely limited hours. Frustrating.

Always arrives a day or three late! Every delivery I've ever had from Star Track has had issues with "estimated" arrival times. ie my parcel sits in a warehouse in Sydney for 24-48hrs before it gets on a truck. If I try to investigate the issue, I get the same old spiel... "sorry, but we don't really give a hoot. Your delivery is gonna be late, so suck it up". Ever since Australia post teamed up with Star Track, my deliveries have been reliably unreliable!
Got star track premium for urgent medication, still have not received medication which was meant to be fast tracked with the extra service I bought so I can take my medication on time. Not happy
Yet again Start track doesn't deliver my important parcel and takes to to a depot that's not open at convenient times !
