Very bad service two days in a row they keep saying they showed up and nobody is home and they’re lying. I called the company. They said you will receive it today then received a text message saying get collected from post office very very very ugly service.
Really appreciate the help of Security, Sarah and Depot staff in efficiently locating and transferring a parcel for pickup, great work all around.
Worse services!!! Called today about my parcel, the female staff sounded very impatient and disinterested, almost like they hated their job. They kept trying to cut the conversation. I get they may be busy, but customers are paying for the service and deserve basic respect. No call, no text , no email in regard delivery or mis-delivery, brought back my parcel and prepare to return to the sender.
