Stayed at home for work to pick up the parcel and they attempted to drop off the delivery but the gates were closed. I don’t even have gates at my house and I was home all day. I’ve checked my cameras. No one has come past at that time they want to get paid and just deliver to the post office and get people to do their job.
Constantly unreliable. Staff can not assist with tracking and can't even get in contact with there drivers. Do not post urgent or medical packages with them if you need a exact eta. Overnight equals whenever.
