Shitty service Can't answer questions, hangs up whenever they feel like it
would give 0 if i had the option, the delivery drivers make false claims to allow them to not have to make deliveries, the staff when you call provide no resolutions - aus post and startrack should be ashamed of their level of service and complete lack of service delivery
Stated my house as “site not accessible” despite receiving a parcel earlier in the day and never ever having that said from a delivery company. Thanks to this company I DO NOT HAVE AN OUTFIT FOR MY FRIENDS FUNERAL. I had ordered an outfit for the funeral and because your driver couldn’t take 2 seconds out of their PAID DAY OF WORK to drop my parcel at my post box I now have no outfit. DO NOT use this company.
Shocking Service - Did not even attempt to deliver and just took it straight to the processing facility still no update on collection 2 days later. DO NOT USE
