The gym is reasonably clean, and to their credit, they’re flexible if you’re running a few minutes late or need to extend your session. Unfortunately, that’s where the list of positives clocks out. The atmosphere often feels less like a fitness community and more like a recurring billing department with barbells. Customer experience seems to take a back seat to revenue. I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been going for almost 1 year, and though I unfortunately need to step away for personal reasons, I will definitely be back when able. In that time I've broken tons of bad habits from years of trying to lift weights on my own, identified what feels right vs. wrong, and have added hundreds of pounds to some of my lifts simply from being shown the proper technique. My best gym experience ever! And it is the only gym where you can be trained by the 2026 Strongest Man in Texas under 105 kilos!
I’ve been training here for 3 months with coach Morgan, and feeling significant improvements in strength and form! The gym is clean and equipped with high quality barbells and plates, and everyone is so friendly!
