Awesome Gym. I’m from out of town and came in while traveling for work to get a drop-in one-on-one coaching session from Pete. I definitely got my money’s worth. Pete was able to identify quite a few issues with my form and taught me how to correct them. He also did a good job emphasizing the areas where I performed well. I highly recommend Starting Strength Orlando. I look forward to visiting again the next time I’m in town.
Starting Strength Orlando is an awesome place to train. The coaches are super thoughtful and dialed in. It’s fun, supportive, and overall just a great environment to get stronger.
Dropped in to this gym while on work travel for three weeks. I can’t speak highly enough of Coach Anthony. He delivers direct, succinct instruction for improvements and helps hit my goals. Thanks, Anthony and Pete, I’ll be back in this gym again anytime I swing through Orlando. Great community of attendees during the sessions I’ve attended, just a super positive vibe all around.
Two years ago I looked into Starting Strength Orlando because I was approaching my mid 50’s and wanted to strengthen my body. I was drawn to the small environment and professional coaches, who I knew would teach me the proper form and also ensure I was safely building muscle. When I visited for a trial session, I was greeted at the door by a lady likely in her mid 70’s who joyfully welcomed me and exclaimed she had been at Starting Strength for 6 months and never felt stronger in her life.
