I cannot recommend this gym enough. If you are going to weight train it would be wise to get your form right. Chase and Phoebe work with you to make sure you get your form right, so you minimize the chance of injury and get the most out of your workout. This is something you just do not get in a simple gym membership. The gym itself is clean and has a good feel to it. I love that they have two dogs there. Jade and Garm really help the atmosphere be relaxing and a good distraction between reps.

Great gym for those just getting started or with health needs! The coaches are amazing! I started this gym in May 2023 after a 3 year long battle with heart failure and mild POTS. I needed to join a gym with a personal trainer who could work with my health needs and start slow. The coaches here had experience with POTS, and even though they didn't have the experience with heart failure, they were willing to work with me. There are many gyms you could go to, but this one happens to have the best coaches. Chase and Phoebe are fantastic at diagnosing your problems when it comes to lifting and programming. The atmosphere is like Cheers, with barbells. You could go anywhere, but where you want to train is right here.

I recently began going to Starting Strength, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! If you want to get into the gym but don't know what you're doing, Starting Strength is the perfect place to start. The coaches - Phoebe, Chase, and Caleb - are incredibly passionate about what they do and genuinely care about the people they train. The gym has an awesome sense of community.
