Awesome training environment. Coaches are knowledgeable and professional. Helped with my nutrition goals, lifting form and overall health. All the members are encouraging and super supportive. Every time I started lifting in the past I would quit because I hurt myself. Starting Strength showed me the right way to train. Tripled my deadlift, doubled my squats. Great experience all around. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Starting Strength & SS Columbus. Jarret has been an excellent coach. He knows his stuff and is personable to understand your goals. The in-person gym environment is also great. Other coaches are excellent and helpful. Everyone is just trying to get a little better and you can feel a sense of community. The program simply works if you commit to it.
