I have been a member at starting strength Columbus for over 3 years. At the age of 70, strength training has been such a rewarding experience and exactly what I need for this next phase of my life. I've been to Starting Strength Columbus two times this year, visiting while on business trips. Megan, one of the owners, has been great to work with and very accommodating to meet my needs as a visitor. Both times I've worked with coach Jarrett. He takes the time to ask questions and to understand what's going on with each lifter individually, and then tailors his coaching to fit the individual. I have started this Starting Strength gym in March 2025. Almost I spent more than 5 months in this gym. I really enjoyed this facility with all trainers. Particularly I liked to mention my personal trainer Mr. Jarret Beck, who is teaching me based on my requirements in every aspect. I am very much grateful to Jarret and his training methods as well as his behaviors to every fellow in gym. I like to continue in this Starting Strength gym class. Overall this is a great place to enjoy life.
