Can’t say enough good things about Starting Strength & SS Columbus. Jarret has been an excellent coach. He knows his stuff and is personable to understand your goals. The in-person gym environment is also great. Other coaches are excellent and helpful. Everyone is just trying to get a little better and you can feel a sense of community. The program simply works if you commit to it.

My partner and I have been going to starting strength here for the past few months. We initially only intended to go for one month and then continue on our own but have found ourselves continuing to come back every month because of the excellent instruction with attention to detail from coaches Jarrett, Graham, Paul, and the supportive, non-intimidating, fun atmosphere. The head coach, Jarrett has said many times that strength training is for everyone and I feel that this gym really embodies that sentiment.
