This is a great place to get stronger. The coaches are attentive and knowledgeable and go the distance to make sure their clients get what they need. The social dynamic of the classes is motivational and makes it easy to train consistently. The Starting Strength training program is based on a well-thought out progressive overload method that can help anyone gain muscle. I'm glad I train here.

I started training with Sam at Starting Strength about 4 months ago, and the difference has been incredible. Coach Tony Kovacevich has got me In one month's time lifting weights I have not lifted in over 30 years, and new PR's all over the place. While the numbers are nice, I just feel better, feel like I walk with more pride, and constantly look forward to each session.
