5 Stars for Starting Strength Birmingham! With long-term back issues that have impacted my mobility, I was very skeptical about going to Starting Strength. I have never lifted weights but made a commitment to get as strong as I can. Happy to say that my back is much stronger & my mobility has improved substantially. I am I trust Coach Brent and Kirstie(owner)to keep pushing me forward all the while being safe. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been training here for about two months now, and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and genuinely fun — the kind of place you actually look forward to coming to. I love starting strength. I’ve followed them for 10 years on YouTube, so I was very happy to see a location come to Hoover. Ive been working with Coach Duck since April and he’s helped me tremendously with my form and my chronic back back pain is gone.I highly recommend checking them out.
