Unprofessional, unresponsive.
These guys did the closing for the sale of our old house and got the job done with a good attitude, in an efficient manner, and we didn't spend all day sitting in an office. I would definitely prefer to close here again if I'm ever buying or selling a house.
I purchased a home in Dec 2017. I finally decided to sell it April. StarTex was the title company. I was set to close 05/04/18. It never happened. StarTex recorded the deed incorrectly. MAJOR. I had to file a claim. Fidelity said, it could take up to a month to make a decision. Of course the buyers aren’t going to stick around that long. The least StarTex should do is re-record the deed.
