I sent my older Startek frequency counter for trade-in on a new ATH-70 and have been waiting over a year for the promised delivery. Each time I contact Startek either by e-mail or telephone I get promises of impending shipment but never receive follow-up communication regarding payment or delivery. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
