Talked with owner on phone and I paid online. After several months no response after numerous phone calls. My wife drove to the place and ask for our money back and he said someone will be there tonight. Tech shows up very nasty never gave us a receipt or any paperwork. We left for the summer this time hired a new company. The tech said the past tech disconnected our battery which now is dead. My generator stopped working and I have called 3-4 times now and can't seem to get anyone on the phone or to respond to a message. I don't know if its because I call from a area code that isn't local but my Elderly family are in the home and the winter freeze is upon us. We don't have the security of back-up power. I will have to take by business elsewhere.
