My generator stopped working and I have called 3-4 times now and can't seem to get anyone on the phone or to respond to a message. I don't know if its because I call from a area code that isn't local but my Elderly family are in the home and the winter freeze is upon us. We don't have the security of back-up power. I will have to take by business elsewhere.
