I just called this company for a refund and return of the item my mechanic bought, and the owner KEVIN, BAD MOUTHED ME OVER THE PHONE about not WASTING HIS TIME. HE SAID THE "F" WORD TO A CUSTOMER JUST BECAUSE A CUSTOMER IS CLAIMING A RETURN AND REFUND?! YOUR WEBSITE SAYS REFUND IS OK WITHIN 28 DAYS, WHY WOULD ARE YOU SO RUDE TO PEOPLE?!!!!
