On 12/30/25 Kevin and Aaron from StarTec Security came out to inspect and test our church's fire alarm system. Aaron was headed to the roof to look for an in-duct smoke detector and I requested he not use an impact driver to put the panel sheet metal screws back in because they could be too easily stripped by an impact driver. Great security co, very helpful. Showed up when they said, kept us up to date and explained the system well at the end. Didn't try and oversell us. Gave us just what we needed for our commercial property.

We have been a StarTec customer since 2018. I love how they do not sub out all of thier installations and are always willing to answer the phone.
