Since June, I cancelled my account and I'm no longer using this company because I don’t need their services. customer service has been unhelpful, and I feel like they are taking advantage of customers. Absolutely the best service. The tech kept me informed on the entire process and didn't try to oversell or underplay the fixes that were needed. Ty went out of his way to see a problem and have it solved faster than any other company. This customer service has made us a client for life!
