I love their products! I use the magnesium spray suggested through a sleep study to help me sleep more sound. I also use it on my shoulders to help with inflammation. I am so happy that I am able to order online right now and the product is shipped to your house for free within 15 miles. Actually, it was brought to my door step within an hour of ordering. Awesome service and very sweet owner.
Soda is not only an absolutely amazing person but she is so knowledgeable in what she does. Since hearing her speak I learned so many things about sleeping. I love the magnesium I purchased to help sleep. Soda is very helpful and really takes time to answer my questions! Thank you for all of your help!
The woman who owns this business falsely claims to be a sleep expert. Sleep experts by definition are doctors of pulmonology, neurology, psychiatry or related fields with additional certification. START with a doctor's care.
Soda at Start With Sleep is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to sleep issues. I came in to talk to her about my 4-year old still waking up at night and left with peace of mind knowing I had some natural options to try at home to help her sleep better. Soda is a hidden gem and I can’t wait to try some of her free classes she offers!
It’s a local business opened to all Soda and husband Andy both dedicated to developing it helping other small businesses too. And the shop provides many avenues to help the community with sleep offers helpful remedies highly recommend it.
My daughter loved the kids yoga.. she loved learning stretches and new ways to relax.. Such a great free event for the little ones
I travel a lot for work and attended a Saturday yoga workshop while in town visiting. After a week of flying taking the class was incredibly relaxing and restorative. The instructor was terrific.
