Painfully slow, and deceptive pricing. I had a single deck board to be replaced. I was quoted $400-500. It took them 81 days to finally fix. I was shocked when the invoice came in at double the quoted amount ($950), without any advanced notice, which is a deceptive business practice. And they refused to budge.
